PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Our customer big telecommunication operator running business in several countries. One of their products is mobile application which allows user to make calls using either cellular line, 3G or Wifi connection.

Candidate will work as member of QA Automation team purpose of which is to automate testing of this mobile application on iOS and Android using existing Automation assets and .NET based development.

 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop new and maintain existing tests for mobile and desktop platforms,
• Analyze execution results and report product defects
• Develop integrations with bug and test tracking systems

 

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must have:

• Wide experience with software testing/QA
• 3+ years QA Automated testing experience
• Commercial experience of QA Automation using .NET stack
• Knowledge of WebDriver interface

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Appium
• Objective C
• JMeter (or any other performance testing tool),
• Sikuli,
• TFS administration
• Unix/Linux user experience

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Manage and plan testing activities for the project. Be able to use and extend existing Selenium/Automation UI based automation framework. Take active part in the process of people’s professional development inside the team. Be able to provide a support and find a needed solution for any technical issue.
Work in tight collaboration with foreign RnD and QA teams.

 

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Full responsibility for quality of part of the product
• Ability to learn complex ecosystem fast
• Full responsibility for own agendas
• Creating, maintaining and executing automation tests
• Basic OOP programming skills
• Reporting and bug tracking using management/bug tracking system
• Reporting the whole project status by collecting area reports
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, PM both on Lohika and customer side
• Plan the testing activities and coordinate the test strategy of the project
• Manage and assign tasks in the team according to people’s strengths and weaknesses
• Motivate and review the self-development process of all team members
• Make reasonable tasks estimation and control their implementation in time

 

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Must have:

• University Degree in Computer Related Sciences
• Good understanding of base concepts like: networking, client-server, OOP, Web, scripting, data bases, automation frameworks
• Strong understanding of programming concepts
• Strong understanding of Performance testing and Load testing.
• Base knowledge in any OOP language
• English: strong verbal communication

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of Agile development process
• Experience in Performance testing
• Knowledge of Selenium and/or Automation UI
• ISTQB certification
